It is the policy of Yair Foundation (“we,” “us,” “our”) to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect to donor information. Yair Foundation does not, and will not, share your personal information regarding donor gifts to Yair Foundation with any individual or organization not affiliated with the Yair Foundation without written permission from the donor.

From time-to-time donor names may be listed in Yair Foundation publication or website, but only with permission of the donor or in compliance with the written agreement establishing the gift. Donors may choose to remain anonymous and, unless otherwise required by law, Yair Foundation will honor that request.
